Toronto city counselor, Paula Fletcher, shrieks accusations and insults at members of the taxpaying public during what was supposed to be a public budget consultation.
The disgraceful behavior has to be heard to be believed.
Condescension, immaturity and hubris in spades. How dare the lowly taxpayer question the wisdom of Queen Paula and her appointed slop-eaters!
