A drug addict is willing to live in a sewer and stick a filthy needle filled with a deadly poison, into their veins – running significant risk of suffocating in a pool of their own vomit, if not just slowly destroying any hope they have of leading a normal life – but the Health Ministry that has decided the beleaguered taxpayer should not be expected to subsidize and perpetuate this highly destructive practice, is engaging in “genocide”?
Crikey. I though only smart people could graduate from medical school.

I was just about to comment on this myself.
Note: the call the hundreds of thousands of Christians being raped and murdered by the Islamic mujahideen in Darfur is NOT a genocide.
But drug addicts killing themselves slower with government assistance is.

"Crikey. I though only smart people could graduate from medical school."
OK, then explain all the medical people running the various levels of health services.
Making it through our watered down universities doesn't prove intelligence at all. Fortitude, maybe.
